Account Suspension & Closure

• Account found to have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The user requested account closure through customer support channels.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, Planet77 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and associated wins. Any valid original deposit balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is complete.
