The planet77 app interface — clean design, intuitive navigation and responsive across all screen sizes
The installation process for the planet77 app on both Android and iOS is straightforward and takes less than 5 minutes.
On your Android phone, go to Settings → Security → enable "Install apps from unknown sources". This step is required to install the planet77 APK outside of the official app store.
Visit the Download on the planet77 website and tap the "Download Android APK" button. The file is approximately 28MB and will finish downloading in under a minute on a standard 4G connection.
Once the download is complete, open the notification panel and tap the newly downloaded APK file. Follow the on-screen installation instructions. The process takes less than 30 seconds on most Android devices.
Find the planet77 icon on your phone's home screen and tap to open it. Log in with your existing user ID, or register a new account directly from the app. All your account data syncs automatically.
After your first login, you will be prompted to enable fingerprint or face recognition login. Turn on this feature for a faster and more secure experience going forward.
For iPhone users: The planet77 iOS app can be installed via a TestFlight profile or directly through the installation link found on the Download page. No jailbreak required — the installation process is completely safe and uses Apple's official method.
Both access methods work well, but the planet77 app offers several distinct advantages that make the gaming experience more enjoyable.

The planet77 app is available for Android and iOS — download for free and enjoy the best gaming experience in Malaysia
Before downloading, make sure your device meets the following minimum requirements for the best experience.
The days of being tied to a desktop to enjoy online gaming are long gone. Today, with the planet77 mobile app available as a free download, the entire planet77 entertainment world is in your pocket — ready to access anytime, anywhere in Malaysia.
What sets the planet77 app apart from other gaming apps in the Malaysian market goes beyond just the number of games on offer. It comes down to how the entire experience feels — from the moment you open the app to when your first win is credited to your account. Every button, every animation, every navigation flow has been tested and refined based on real feedback from Malaysian users.
Many people underestimate how much interface design affects whether a gaming experience feels enjoyable or frustrating. The planet77 app uses a user-first design approach — large easy-to-tap icons, text that is easy to read in sunlight, and intuitive navigation so you can find what you need without lengthy exploring.
For Malaysian users familiar with apps like Grab, Shopee, or Maya, the planet77 interface will feel immediately familiar and intuitive. Key sections such as Game Lobby, Wallet, Promotions, and Support are accessible in just one or two taps from anywhere within the app.
One common concern for users switching from desktop to mobile is Live Casino streaming quality. This is understandable — high-resolution video streams with real dealers do demand more from your internet connection and phone hardware.
The planet77 engineering team has addressed this challenge by using adaptive streaming technology. This means Live Casino video quality automatically adjusts based on your internet connection strength at any given moment — keeping gameplay running smoothly even as you switch between WiFi and mobile data mid-session.
When it comes to financial and online gaming apps, security is never something to take lightly. The planet77 app is built with multiple security layers to ensure your account and funds are always protected.
Every login session in the planet77 app is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption — the same security standard used by leading mobile banking apps in Malaysia. Sensitive data such as passwords and bank account details are never stored on your device; instead, they are processed securely through planet77's high-standard servers.
The unusual activity detection feature in the planet77 app also passively monitors your account login patterns. If a login attempt is detected from an unrecognised location or device, you will receive an immediate notification and that session will be automatically blocked until you verify your identity.
The wallet section in the planet77 app gives you a complete overview of your account's financial activity — current balance, deposit history, withdrawal records and active bonus status, all neatly organised on one easy-to-read screen.
Making a deposit on the planet77 app is a simple three-step process: choose your payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. For DuitNow and FPX users, deposits are credited to your planet77 account in under 30 seconds. Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go typically complete within 1 to 3 minutes.
Planet77 always values the loyalty of users who choose to play through the mobile app. From time to time, exclusive bonus offers unavailable on the web version are sent directly as notifications to app users — including deposit bonuses, free spins, and daily challenges with real cash rewards.
Planet77 app users also have the advantage of monitoring their VIP points status in real time, receiving VIP tier upgrade offers ahead of others, and accessing exclusive game tables reserved for VIP members through the app's priority access feature.
No need to leave your game to get help. planet77's live chat is built directly into the app, accessible at any time from the support icon available in every section. The planet77 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including on Malaysian public holidays.
Beyond live chat, the planet77 app also provides a comprehensive self-help section — including step-by-step guides for deposits, withdrawals, bonus activation, and common technical troubleshooting. Most issues can be resolved on your own in under 5 minutes using these guides.
